Hear in love with local acquisition, just like the News or Events posts already available, Google My Business has just made available to local businesses a new post format dedicated to highlighting promotional offers, so aptly named Offers posts.
This new feature allows you to display up to 10 offers in a carousel visible on your GMB page.
Offers posts can be enriched with the following information:
- A picture
- A title
- A description
- The validity period of the offer
- A CTA button to a page on your site (optional)
- A coupon code (optional)
- A link to a page to take advantage of the offer (optional)
- A link to the terms of use (optional)
To create an “Offer” post, nothing could be easier: log into your Google My Business account, go to the “Posts” section and select “Offers”. The tool then invites you to create your first promotional offer!
